Prof. Abigail Gura is an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies at Takoradi Technical University. With a Ph.D. in Business and Management (Entrepreneurship) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, she has over 20 years of academic experience specializing in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and women's leadership.

Her research focuses on SME development, financial literacy, corporate governance practices, and gender studies in business. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has been actively involved in curriculum development for various business programs at TTU.
